A Wallet Account can be created by texting TOP to 81148 (purchasing 300 Maleforce wallet points at a cost of £4.50 plus one standard sms charge). An account can also automatically created for you from the very moment you dial the Maleforce chat line and assigned to the number you are using to call the service from. All you need to do is either text or register with the site, complete the verification process and your Wallet Account will become active.

To access your Wallet all you need to do is register with the Maleforce site. Once you have registered and verified a phone number you will be able to view your Wallet balance on line (via ‘My Page’ on the site). Alternatively, you can hear your balance by selecting the Wallet balance option on the Maleforce chat line.
Please note that if you call our services from more than one number you can only view one wallet balance at a time. You will only see the wallet balance of the number that you have currently registered with the site. You can update this number at any time to see the wallet balance of any other number you are calling the service from. Remember that for security reasons you must verify your registered number before we display the wallet balance to you.

First check that the number you have been calling from is the number you have registered on the site. You can review which number you have registered by going to 'My Page'. The current number you have registered is listed under your name and region.
